LCHEC COO Awarded Grand Prize at Grant Writing Competition

GrantStation.com, Inc. (GrantStation) and the Grant Professionals Association are pleased to announce that Amy McDaniel, M.A., M.Phil., M.S.H.E., of the Lampasas County Higher Education Center (LCHEC), was chosen as one of two grand prize winners of the 2015 Winning Grant Proposal Competition. McDaniel’s award-winning proposal featured a compelling narrative; a strong, workable plan ready to implement; and a succinct, complete, and engaging executive summary.

The competition included 36 entries of funded proposals that were reviewed by 64 professional grant-writers. McDaniel submitted the successful Meadows Foundation grant proposal she wrote for LCHEC for FY 2014-2015.

McDaniel and LCHEC were awarded one free year of membership to GrantStation (a $699 value); one free group webinar (a $150 value); and one free membership to Grant Professionals Association (a $209 value).
